Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via text or email. You can then track your order by clicking on the link sent to your email or text. You can also track by going to the page - TRACK MY ORDER - found by pressing the menu on top left hand corner.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please allow up to 24-72 hours for your order to process. Our fulfillment centers are located in the United States. Due to Covid-19 expect a longer shipping delay. However most customers will receive product(s) within 10 days.

A: Unfortunately at this point in time we only ship in the United States.

A: Absolutely! If product design is defective or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We try our best ensure you have an outstanding shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! If asked, proof of defects or damages will need to be sent with image proof within 24 hours of your delivery.
